The Problem

Recruitment Advertising Has Been Broken by Fraud and Bot Traffic

Job boards publish static feeds. Vendors have called pay-per-click distribution "programmatic" for eleven years. Meanwhile AI fraud and bot traffic have quietly turned most recruitment ad spend into waste.

"Pay-per-click is not programmatic. Distribution is not intelligence."

No Integration Required!

You don't post a job. You don't wire up an ATS. You don't hand us a new data model.

TalentXi runs on the data you already have — your existing exports or XML feed. We ingest what's live today and start bidding against it. No engineering tickets, no vendor onboarding sprint, no "wait until Q3."

About

The Recruitment Industry Called It Programmatic. It Never Was. Here's the Real Thing.

The Problem We Saw

In the early-to-mid 2000s, job boards worked like classified ads — employers posted listings and hoped the right candidates would stumble across them. There was no real bridge between where job seekers actually searched (search engines) and where employers were advertising open roles. A matching problem hiding in plain sight.

The Invention

Our founder Jason was the first in the industry to integrate job search engines with sponsored job advertising — bringing the programmatic ad-buying model already used in general digital advertising into recruiting. Instead of employers manually posting and praying, job ads could be served programmatically — targeted, bid on, and optimized like any other paid media — directly where job seekers were actually looking.

The Patent

The innovation was significant enough to patent: US20070162323A1. It formalized and protected the mechanism behind what the industry would later just call "programmatic job advertising" — years before the term became shorthand.

The Vindication — And The Invisibility

The technology didn't stay a niche idea. It was licensed by two of the largest players in the space — Indeed and LinkedIn — meaning the sponsored job ads billions of people scroll past today are, structurally, running on the model Jason built. The invention won completely, at massive scale, while the inventor's name stayed almost entirely out of the story.

What Broke

Over the next decade, the category was commercialized into something smaller than the original idea. Pay-per-click distribution got relabeled as "programmatic." Optimization stopped at the application, not the hire. AI-generated resumes and bot traffic quietly turned most recruitment ad spend into waste. The architecture survived. The intent didn't.

Why TalentXi Exists

TalentXi is the inventor's rebuild — programmatic job advertising the way it was supposed to work. True Real Time Bidding across display, video, and audio. Optimized for hires, ramp, and retention — not clicks. The category, restored to its original definition.

Loop

We Optimize For Performance, Not Applications

We optimize against the metrics that matter — quality applications, confirmed starts, and retention. Every meaningful outcome sharpens the lookalike model.

Stack

One Layer Above The Job Boards

Channel-agnostic buying across CTV, in-game, audio, and DOOH in the same auction. When one channel raises prices, bids rotate elsewhere. Structural resilience by design.

IP License

We Invented The Category — And Licensed It Back

The 2003 patent, filed by Jason and sold in 2013, is the same IP LinkedIn licenses today. You get the architecture — plus a 20-year head start on understanding it.

Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing

Your Employer Brand Shouldn't Live in a PDF — It Should Live in Every Job Ad

Most employer brand teams build a compelling story — then watch it get flattened into identical job descriptions across every channel. TalentXi keeps your brand voice, candidate experience, and creative standards intact at the scale of hundreds of roles.

"Recruitment marketing is not job distribution. It's building a relationship before the apply."
AI Creative Engine

Brand-Safe Creative, Generated for Every Role and Channel

Multiple creative variants per role — different messaging by location, employment type, and channel — generated and tested automatically. No more recycling one static job description everywhere.

Talent Communities

Stay in Front of Passive Candidates Through Long Career Decisions

In high-consideration hiring, 79% of qualified conversions come from warm audiences. Build and retarget talent communities instead of paying to reach strangers who are not ready.

Omni-Channel Presence

One Employer Brand Story Across CTV, Display, Audio, and Native

Deliver a consistent candidate experience wherever your audience spends time. Every channel is calibrated to your brand standards while still being optimized for performance.
